~ New ACTION choice – Show Match Numbers – allows users to change Match Numbers to by ‘in align’ with another system
~ New Report – ‘Match Totals – Officials’
    Shows the total matches umpired or service judged for those officials with:
      AName of ‘Court Officials” and Year of ‘Current’
    Will group Umpires by their ‘status’ – to do this, set BName to ‘Umpire’ and CName to show level

~ Matches
~ New ACTION choice – Show Match Numbers – allows users to change Match Numbers to by ‘in align’ with another system

· TEAMS

~ New [Add Comment] button directly adds a comment to the selected attachment

~ New ACTION choice – Show Keywords – displays the keywords of the selected name - used for searching

~ [Load Attachment] is now visible all the time

~ Double clicking on an attachment now loads the attachment into the categories section
(It used to go to Edit Attachment – now have to press [Edit].

~ Badminton NZ Player number has been changed
- International numbers remain as numeric
- NZ numbers now begin with ‘NZ nnnn’

~ Now get a reminder if using the [AddTo] +1 feature

~ [ DOB ] (Show Age details) has been reworked to update Ages if they are empty

~ Each user can now change and retain their own copy of Admin settings:
~ need to add ‘PCNumber’ to the .INI file

· NAMES

~ All names and address fields are now ‘capitalized’ after update
~ The 1^st letter is in capitals and the rest is in lower case.

~ Now able to update a player’s details on the front ‘search’ screen if that player is displayed on the Edit screen

~ Added a Post Code field to accommodate the new Post Codes for New Zealand

Previously, post codes were tied to suburbs so TOURNY has a post code field on the Suburbs screen
In 2008 the post codes change to smaller areas so each address will needs its own post code
~ A Post Code field has been added after the address fields in both the NAME Edit screen and the NAME Search screen.
You can start to add the new post codes as you collect them while still using the existing post codes

When entering a player with only 1 name:
~ enter the name in the First Name field
~ click on check box ‘Only 1 Name’
The surname shows the same name (for search purposes) but the Display Name shows the 1 name correctly

~ New reports by Session – Can now limit the session reports by entering a Session Group number

         - shows a list of matches with names and numbers
         - shows who the umpire should be

         - sorts the pool boxes in session / court order
          (a session must first be assigned to each pool)
          ( click on a pool or play off in the Pool Events list)

~ Entrants
