When sending a support email request please include the following details:

 

·        Your Organisation Name

·        The version of TOURNY that you are using
~ as shown on the “LOGIN” form
~ eg  4.22 – 199

·        Describe the issue that you have

·        Indicate the name of the form or report that you are using
~ the name of the Form is displayed in the top left hand corner
   Also include the version number of the form
   eg.  NAME-ALL form <207.1>
~ the name of the report is also displayed in the top left hand corner when in preview mode
   eg.  Report:  NameSort

·        If appropriate, note the last steps taken

·        If appropriate, attach a copy of your data so that problems can be investigated
~ Use TOURNY shortcut – Create Data Zip
~ attach c:\Tourny\torndata.zip to your email
