COMMUNICATIONS
 Our mobile communications are through the Telecom New Zealand network. We communicate direct with most vessels offshore by email. We have a website up and running with information on Stevy D’s, our products & services and some general information on Auckland.  
 
ESTIMATES
Stevy D’s will prepare a “Pro-Forma Estimate” once an order has been placed. This Pro-Forma outlines all items ordered and gives an estimate on prices. Once this document has been approved by the person responsible on board, a time and date of delivery is arranged and the order is processed.
 
 
ORDERING, PRICING & PAYMENT
Stevy D’s prides itself on high business standards, especially when it comes to service, presentation and efficiency. It is essential that all communication between Stevy D’s and the yacht crew is clear and concise. For that reason we like to provide you with a “Pro-Forma Estimate” to make sure it is clear what has been ordered and what the approximate cost will be. On delivery, the goods are accompanied by a packing slip as a check to make sure all goods ordered are onboard. Payment can be made in the form of cash, cheque, Visa or Mastercard. We can also provide zero-rated invoicing for those vessels that have temporary import permits.
Price Lists are available on request. Many prices are seasonal and are subject to change. However all Pro-Forma invoices are valid for 10 days from date of issue.
 
 
DELIVERY OF GOODS
All goods are delivered, according to your requirements.
 
 
ONE INVOICE

When it comes to that dreaded accounting day you won’t have to sort through all those receipts. Stevy D’s itemises all products ordered on one invoice, giving you a total overview of what was purchased, and when.
 
 
TAXATION
New Zealand operates a Goods & Services Tax (GST) system on goods and services utilised in New Zealand. Upon receiving a copy of “Port Entry” and delivery of goods two weeks prior to leaving NZ, your GST amount (12.5%) will be deducted from the total price.
