Terms and Conditions of Trade

FREIGHT

Freight charges are incurred on all orders less than $100.00

PRICES

All prices for the supply of goods and materials shall be subject to change by the amount of any increase in costs to the company. These include: foreign exchange fluctuations, taxes and duties, costs of products supplied, materials and other manufacturing costs, and any other circumstances, beyond the control of the company between the date of quotation and the date of delivery.

SUPPLY

All products are subject to availability.

PAYMENT

The terms of payment are net cash on completion of an invoiced order. Interest will be charged on overdue accounts at the flat rate of 2.5% per month. The company shall hold a lien over any asset supplied and shall have the right to hold the same within its possession, without risk, until payment of all moneys payable are paid in full. If necessary, the company shall exercise its rights under the Wages Protection and Contractor's Liens Act Repeal Act 1987.

TAXATION

G.S.T. is included on all invoices, unless a current copy of "port entry" is given, and upon leaving New Zealand two weeks after purchase of goods.

PACKING SLIPS AND PRO-FORMAS

The person who has given and approved the order and received the goods must sign Packing Slips & Pro-Forma's. Prices given on the Pro-Forma are valid for 10 days from the date printed on the Pro-Forma. Prices on the Pro-Forma do not include G.S.T or our service fee of 10%.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

A charge of 4% will be added to the invoice for credit card payments.
