‘Run’ Black/Red TVIS VSV solenoid, ECU ‘B’ & ‘B1’, Idle up computer & Circuit Open Relay power feed
‘Start’ Black/White Starter SOLENOID, cold start injector & cold start injector timer

Notes: 
Terminals marked with an asterisk (*) need not be connected in order to run engine, however some emissions and fail safe compromises may be made 

Tachometer pulse is from black wire connected to Igniter plug (most likely from coil -ve terminal) 

This information was compiled using AE 86 wiring diagram and engine-ECU loom - ‘car’ loom was missing. Engine was bench run using all wires except those marked with an asterisk(*). Question marks (?) are 99% certainty. T, VF, CCO and EGW wiring connections/functions unknown but considered unnecessary.
