To all Clubs & Umpires
With respect to Rule 7(3):
In this rule, an out-of-bounds area means a dead area such as a deep puddle. The deadball lines are not the boundary of an out of bounds area. Thus:
The players can draw the circle, and the coch may be thrown, anywhere on the designated piste, up to (but not over) any of the lane markings (sides and ends). i.e. they do not have to be 1 metre from the deadball lines.
