UNDERGROUND IS THE PLACE TO PLAY
WAITOMO is my Local Caving area. I am a member of the Hamilton Tomo group and the NZSS (New Zealand Speleological Society). Both these clubs promote the Conservation and preservation of Caves and Karst Area's.
The Hamilton Tomo Group usually meets on the first thursday of every month. Venue is the Glenview Library in Hamilton @ 7:30 PM.
The HTG endeavour to run an easy to medium club trip on the saturday following the meeting. We encourage people who are interested to come along and give things a go. The club can provide all the equipment you will need. All you need to bring are Thermal undie's (preferably Polyprops) Gumboots and old overalls.
