Tuesday 11 February

Upate: I had to remove the full-size pictures to make way for other things,
so most of these links are now broken, sorry about that.  They're getting
a bit out of date now anyway.

An extra burst of activity was driven by the opportunity to display
the car at the Constructors Car Club "skite nite", at which club
members bring along their various projects to show them off.
The team was keen to have the car rolling under its own power
for this event.

Most of this work took place while I was away at Canterbury Faire,
so when I arrived back I found a lot of progress had been made.

The steering components and suspension arms have been completed
and assembled.

The motor has been mounted on the swingarm.

The batteries are supported by a temporary battery rack, and
the controller and on-off switch have been mounted.

Ready to roll, more or less.
We all watch as Piers drives into the club grounds.
