| Monday | 18h30- 19h30 19h30- 20h15 | Technique, fitness, Kettlebells Combat | A combination of fitness, standup, takedowns and ground fighting. A combination of old and new technique for all levels. There are usually a minimum of 2 instructors on the mat at any time. There is a hard stop at 19h30 and members who wish to participate in a voluntary combat session comprising stand-up, ground and MMA remain. (not for beginners) |
| Tuesday | 17h45-18h30 | Kids | Owen & Nick are now taking kids groups aimed at improving confidence, co-ordination, discipline and strength with an emphasis on Self Defence and Krav Maga Technique. Owen has over 10 years of teaching experience aimed solely at kids aged between 5 to 12 years. |
| Wednesday | 18h00-19h30 | Basic Ground Skills & Stand-up | Dean & Nick take a class geared for beginners and intermediate students who want to sharpen their skills and improve their technique. |
| Thursday | 18h30- 20h15 | Technique, combat, fitness, Kettlebells | A combination of fitness, stand-up, takedowns and ground fighting. More focus on combat and drills rather than new technique. Also for all levels from beginner to advanced. There are usually a minimum of 2 instructors on the mat at any time. |
| Weekends | On request | Basic Ground Skills & Stand-up | Darryl takes an open session where students can ask questions and improve technique. Very informal. Onus on each student to bring a training partner for the class. |
