Wisecracks Kittens leave home at 10 weeks, they are totally loved, kissed and handled. They are vaccinated at 6 and 10 weeks and require a third vaccination at 14 weeks My kittens are desexed, wormed, manicured, toilet trained, NZCF registered, socialized with people, large and small dogs and parrots, being raised in the hub of a busy home. I sell my Devon Rex kittens for $500, and my Devon Rex Variant kittens for $250. They take to their new homes Cattitude and a CD of their family photos, and photos of their ancestors. I make every effort to keep in touch with my kitten owners throughout the life of their cat and hopefully beyond. Kittens who have adoptive families early in their lives are kept up to date with their progress with photo updates and newsy emails to make the waiting a little easier, if new families have a predetermined name we also start to use that name as soon as we know so the kitten is familiar with his/her new name when they arrive in their new home.
At present kittens who choose to fly to their new homes, can share flight space to cut costs, as the flight charge is for up to 20 kg. The flight costs are $94.50 anywhere in the North Island and $165.38 anywhere in the South Island,  There is also the cost of a carry cage.
 

PLEASE read my kitten care sheet before your new kitten arrives home, it is important that your kitten has a continuity of care, to help their adjustment to be trouble free. This includes, using the litter they are used to, limited access within the house and feeding a similar high quality kitten food.

Kaya is sporting a very round tummy at only 5 weeks pregnant today! These kittens should be full on passion with Kaya and Oscar as their parents, with very definate little personalities! Kaya is enormous with 1 weeks to go! Kaya has been throwing up, trying to eat like a devon with only a tiny bit of room left for food with the rest full of kittens, poor girl. She is enjoying sunbathing and the short warm dry spell we are having! Kaya is due tomorrow, was up checking her last night, she is still able to wash her own hands, but not much past the waist!

Wisecracks Bling x Lagranga Fade To Black

Bling is a delightful Domestic girl, she has been checked out thoroughly for all the various bugs etc and is clear as a bell. She has moved in happily with all of the dogs. They will only have variant kittens, and I think they will be totally gorgeous. Both parents have lovely natures and as many of you know the Devon Rex Variants have got very Devon personalities but normal coats. Bling is feeling very tired and pregnant, can't quite clean her nether regions without a bit of support from a helful human. So I am guessing at least 5 kittens on board. They will be totally gorgeous, we are getting excited, and bling I know will be glad to get back to some macadamia nut dribbling!
Bling is the most relaxed, amazing mother, she had her first rabbit feast yesterday and is now firmly addicted!

Day 2 Glee Man is fat and contented like his litter mates. He has lovely ghost tabby markings
Day 9 Glee Man opened his eyes early and is a lovely laid back little dude.
2 wks Glee Man is a lovely big boy bright eyed and bushy tailed.
3 wks Glee Man adores Roxie our big poodle girl, he cries at the crate door for more licking, dear little boy. Roxie has a soft spot for black kittens, her only ever two puppies were black.
4 wks Glee Man continues his love of dogs, he may be staying to sire one litter of kittens.
6 wks Glee Man is just lovely. They all had their first vaccinations today, poor little babies.
7 wks Glee Man and his sibling delight us, they are such great little cats. Glee has the best ear set and although Twin Kool has  loves a lap and a good patus enchanted with his looking into your soul routine we have to be sensible!

Blue Silver Tabby Devon Rex Variant gen 1 Male
Day 2 Dazz is stunning, his face is broad and his colour just beautiful. Being Blue his tabby markings will get more defined as he gets older.
Day 9 Dazz is just gorgeous, he is dumpling fat and soft and sweet.
2 Wks Dazz is looking big and almost a little fluffy
3 wks Dazz should have been Frizz L, his coat is so frizzy. He is big and adventurous.
4 wks Dazz is a handsome little boy, like the entire litter he is advanced and clever.
6 wks Dazz is gorgeous, he is even tempting us as the boy to stay!
7 wks Dazz is a floppy lovely boy, very people focused and like all of the litter a total dog lover.
8 wks Dazz is runner up for staying, I am still volleying between him and glee Man all of the kittens are so beautiful!

Day 2 Twin Kool is pretty and very dark which as she grows will get lighter with more light showing between her stripes.
Day 9 Twin Kool is just getting little glimmeres of light in her eyes, she is very pretty, think her muzzle may be slightly longer than her tabby sister so she may be the one to go to a home, will wait a little longer and watch.
2 wks Twin Kool is still looking a little odd with her eyes just opened.
3 wks Twin Kool finally has her eyes really open wide, she is walking strongly and looking sweet.
4 wks Each litter has one and Twin Kool is the one, she is up at your face licking your lips and taking in everything around her, just has that x factor!
6 wks Well Twin Cool not only has the x factor nature wise she is a he, a bit of a mistake with all the fur we are not used to! He is so people focused and looks into your eyes, just really special!
7 wks Twin Kool just continues to be a total delight, we clipped a friend's Spoodle the other day and he was totally chilled with a new dog licking and loving him, if only his ears were lower! Having said that every kitten in this litter is a love bug and darling.
8 wks Twin Kool is a great climber, great at ambushing his siblings as well, just a total delight, always ready for a cuddle even mid action!

Day 2Shimm Her is the smallest, she also chooses to drink from the front nipples, My daughter did a science fair project on this exact thing, and the smaller kittens go to the front and the big ones go for the milk packed back nipples, all very interesting, perhaps the flow is regulated to their ability to cope, so a nice graduated system!
Day 9 As you can see from this weeks photo Shimm is starting to open her eyes. She is a clever little button, hisses when I startle her, I have found in my 10 years of cat breeding that often the kittens who startle are the thinkers!
2 wks Shimm is not swearing at me, she is getting very cute!
Shimm is really getting around the place. She is very pretty and alert.
4 wks Shimm Her is pretty and sweet, she will grow into a gorgeous black beauty!
6 wks Shimm is an escape artist and very clever.
7 wks Shimm is a hunter, she is the finest boned of the babies, and a lovely girl, very active and happy.
8 wks Shimm is a very busy little girl, hard to catch her on film!

Day 2 Pretty sure spar Cool is a Classic Tabby like mom, her head and body do not match. She is lovely.
Day 9 Spar Cool is wide eyed and noisey. She has a lovely short muzzle and may be the girl who stays with us??
2 wks Spar Cool is an alert little button.
3 wk Spar Cool is wide eyed and inquisitive.
4 wks Spar Cool is just so pretty, lovely face, and lovely nature, playful and first to climb on top of her birth box!
6 wks Spar Cool is staying with us, she is lovely and very pretty and has the best type to add to our breeding program.
7 wks Spar Cool is in love with her string, she is a beautiful wee girl and will make totally gorgeous kittens who we hope will continue to add vigour to our lines.
8 wks Spar Cool is not quite a busy as her sister, but still a busy little cat.
