Recently a group of my science student teachers noticed the reflection off a can of Coke placed in the sun. They were amazed that the white lettering of the Coca Cola logo reflected onto the table as dark lettering and the black edging around the logo reflected as white edging.

What gives?
Try it out yourself to check that this is not a trick photo. Then look carefully at the type of paint used on the Coke can. That should give you some clues about what's happening.
Also, the way the reflection of the logo distorts is pretty interesting too.
