Research evidence
Although, as yet, no formal research has been done with the Feldenkrais® Method and spinal cord injury, there is plenty of evidence of the effectiveness of the method with other conditions. Research with people with multiple sclerosis, pain, and stroke and with the able-bodied has provided evidence of the following benefits:
