The unique design
of this binocular mount provides maximum viewing comfort in a tiny
package and at a low cost.
Attach your mount to a normal camera tripod. Many tripods have removeable heads (like the one shown here), but if your tripod's bearings can be firmly fixed then you can attach the mount to the camera head. Comments from purchasers: "It works wonderfully. Due to its stability, it has even demonstrated the chromatic aberration in my binoculars when observing the moon. I took it to my club's observing night 2 nights ago and it received favorable attention from some members. We have a dedicated binocular observer who was very impressed...... I remain impressed and feel it was money well spent. I don't think I could have made anything like it; all the plans I have seen have been very bulky." - KK "I'm very satisfied with it. Works smoothly and easily. My wife likes the looks of the natural woods compared with the metal versions I had been considering. Thanks again!" - BS "I really like the wood construction of my mount. Not only is it appealing to the eye but it is not prone to vibration. What really impresses me is how smooth it is. Definitely an A+." - BW A foldable wooden tripod is being considered as an option.
